Ms. Melissa, Owner

I’ve been with the Learn with Me Daycare family since December of 2014 and am currently the Assistant Director. I have one daughter: Destiney.

My work experience includes being a Director / Pre - K at Little Leaders preschool from 2009-2014. I had a daycare at my home from 2008-2009. I was a Head Infant and 2’s room teacher at KinderCare from 2001-2008. I have an Associate’s Degree in Medical Science and Applied Science. Currently, I am enrolled in the Rutgers School of Business for my Bachelor's in Business Administration.

I love working with the children here at Learn With Me and can't wait to see all the children bloom and grow!

Ms. Tia, Supervisor

I became associated with Learn with me Daycare when my daughter was attending. I was fortunate to become an employee sometime later. Even though my background wasn't in Early Childhood Education, I was able to work myself up the latter and I have thoroughly enjoyed the journey.

I currently assist Ms. Melissa with the daily operations of Learn with me Daycare. I have over 10 + years of Office Administration experience. I love meeting the new families and welcoming them to the Learn with Me family!

I have gained so much experience from this environment and I am beyond excited to see what the future has in store at Learn with Me!

Ms. Heather, Head Teacher

Hello, I am Ms. Heather, I am the head PreK Teacher. I graduated in 2003 from Gloucester County Community College (Rowan) with my associates degree in early childhood education. I have over 18 years of experience working in childcare.

I am married to my husband Richard and we have four children. My youngest started here in our infant room and still attends summer camp at LWM.

I am a creative/artsy person. I also do design graphics, enjoy cooking/baking, photography and music.

I have wanted to be a teacher since I was a child. My favorite activities with my PreK class is when we read stories, share our thoughts, go on adventures and most of all our art projects.

My favorite thing to see each day is their smiles and accomplishments. My goal is to prepare them for Kindergarten so it is an overall easy transition.

My name is Rosalba Disalvo. I'm a wife to my husband John and a mother of two children: Marissa and Giovanni.

I've been the Infant room teacher at Learn With Me Daycare since 2015. Before joining the Learn With Me family, I did Daycare in my home from 2012-2015.

I also was an Infant room teacher at Little Leaders preschool from 2010-2012. I love coming to work everyday and taking care of these little angels they bring so much joy to my life.

Ms. Angelina, Three's Teacher

Hey I am Ms. Alyssa! I started with LWM in 2018 as a teachers assistant. I am currently the Two's Teacher and have so much fun with the kids.

In high school I took child development and decided I wanted to be a teacher. I obtained my Associates Degree in Education from RCSJ. I love working with the children at LWM and watching them grow and learn. My favorite part of the job is seeing them develop their own personalities.

Hello, I am Ms. Angelina! I graduated from high school in 2022 with a 3.5 GPA and on the principles list. I am currently working towards obtaining my degree in Early Childhood Education to further my career in child care. I started working for LWM in 2019 and have loved it ever since. The children here hold a special place in my heart. Each day I feel so blessed to be able to be a part of shaping these children into who they will become. The best part of the job is being able to watch the kids go through the classroom and milestones that come with it. I love to make memories that the kids will cherish forever. Their smiles truly motivate me to be the best I can be.

Hello I am Miss Destiney. My mom is Melissa and I have grown up here. I graduated from WTHS in 2021. I spent most of my time competitive dancing and grew up in girl scouts. I help out in the classrooms and in the office while going to school.

Hey! I am Marissa! I have been working at LWM since 2020. I absolutely love working here and with the kids. I have so much fun with them and enjoy watching them all learn, grow and develop. I am going to College currently and studying to be a nurse. I want to be a positive influence on the children I work with and I try to stay upbeat and happy throughout my time here. The best part of working at LWM for me is being able to watch the kids go through their major milestones. My absolute favorite part is when the babies start talking and learn how to say my name.
